first my season froze after 15 games forcing me to start over and now my CD doen't work, if it wasn't to late I'll ask for a refund, but what should I do.

If your CD doesn't work, then it's defective, entitling you to a new CD or a refund, I would believe.

Hopefully Steve or Scott can help you.

So, your CD worked at one time, but it doesn't now?

I just got my CD today and it never even pick up on my computer, My download version worked but for some reason stop the same day I download it

If I understand you, you downloaded OOTP and it worked for a day, then stopped working. What is the problem exactly? Will the game even launch?

You might try unlicensing OOTP (right-click on the OOTP icon and select "unlicense") and reinstalling if it isn't working at all.

the problem occur as I start the game, after they show you both teams line-up's, then it just stay's there. I have to unlegally click off my computer just to get off the game. And it stop after about 6 hours of the download, I thought that the CD will help that problem, yeah, I thought alright

You are one of few people who is having such a severe problem. I don't think anyone is trying to rip you off.

Some people have had problems with a freeze up when initializing sound. Have you tried turning off in-game sound? If the game works without sound, you might need to update your soundcard drivers or your version of directx (8.1 required, 9.0 recommended)

Also, you're going to have to be a little more patient. You see how many threads go up on this board everyday. Steve can't address every single one within a few hours.

I may want a refund but if he doesn't address it soon then I won't, but I will try what you said....and for Steve, sorry for say what I did, the game is good, I just wish I can play it, lol and thanks JML for the good help

I have good news and very bad, I did what you said with the in-game sound and it did work, untill Zito threw his first pitch then it told me it was illegally operated and it just clicked off, three times and I've reinstalled the game many times

Turn the in-game sound off and give it a try. You can get the CD to work but using windows explorer or right clicking on it and selecting explore.
