Request For Teams/Logo/Jersey

I am close to finishing out my own fictional league. I have built a 20 team Major League with AAA, AA, A+, A, A- and R and an 8 team Independent league. I have pulled all logo's and jerseys from others postings to build the universe and thank everyone that has posted options to use. I am currently ready to add a World League (International League) to my universe after 15 seasons of simmed history. My goal is to get this International league up and running and then in a few seasons run a World Baseball Classic.

I am wondering if anyone has suggestions for names/logos/jerseys for the below four non USA cities. Thanks in Advance.
