To apply today's patch, do I.....

just go to the sticky pad from today's update and click PC Installer with the game off. It will automatically load into my OOTP files?

once you click on the file it will download. then double click on the ootp.exe file in your downloads (if that's where you put it) and then it will load the entire game with newest updates.
longest part is the downloading ...

To apply the patch:

1) Do exactly the same thing you did when you first installed OOTP.

That's all you have to do.

most likely in the default place - your downloads folder.

I have ootp18setup(1).exe in a box in my lower left corner. I just downloaded from PC Installer. What do I do now??

Default installation (recommended)
Install OOTP to use defined folder

which do I pick?

When's she coming back? You could wait for her ( i wait months before updating usually) if PS doesn't get ya through this. How's it going.

I want to thank every single one of you who helped me and had patience with me. I successfully installed it and my "pitch counts before a pitch was even thrown" problem is gone and everything works as it should! Again, my SINCEREST thanks. I hate being this way (so computer illiterate).
