Negro leagues and historical rookies

I am having and issue where I have the option to maintain the minors checked and I get the negro leagues but historical rookies enter as free agents. That option is not checked and they should import to the correct team but they don't. All I want is the negro leagues and real MLB teams. Some over help me.

As long as the draft is off and the team names have not been changed by default players will go to their original organizations.

Keep in mind that in the 1920's that was normally an independent minor league team so most players will be free agents.
