NHL-farm team control

I started a sandbox game to see what control I could have of the farm team and I'm a bit confused.

I checked the box to control the farm team.

But I can't fire the coaches, gm, head coach.
I can't edit the lines.
I can't change the tactics.
I can't cut any players.

It is no different than it was in PtG mode.

It's supposed to enable control of the farm teams' entire roster, including the players contracted directly for the farm team (and not you), and a few other things, but right now it looks like those things are being enabled even when the control option isn't on (and in PtG); we'll have to take a look at that to see what's going on there.

I'm seeing just the opposite....with the box checked in sandbox, I have virtually no control of anything and its identical to PtG.

Should we have control of all hiring and firing? setting lines and tactics and all roster moves?

Same. I have yet to have any control over my farm teams in any of my saves, despite whether or not the 'Control Farm Team' box is checked. It's definitely something that I wish I could change.

it's pretty disappointing that they broke this in the last patch they released and never fixed it. Coulda been lots of work to fix idk, looking forward to the release of FHM 4 regardless
