NIBA: 1969 Historical League Looking for Two Owners

NIBA is looking to add two owners to vacant teams in Chicago (A) and California. Both very strong teams with a lot of talent at the ML level.

We're nearing the All Star break in 1970. Very active league with a busy Slack channel, Japanese league that acts as a FA feeder with a few free agents each year coming to MLB, fully customized draft classes, etc. I've collected historical jersey sets and logos for all of our minors and *** so it's a pretty cool league file setup.

We also just added Stats+ and StatsLab to the league so we have live sims every sim. Just started doing it but should be an awesome feature, especially come playoff time.

Exports Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday, all sims at 8p CT except for a noon sim on Sunday

League Time Per Sim: 7 days

Unique League Rules & Settings: 1-10 ratings, no scouts, no managers, draft pick trading allowed, free agency on

How do the draft classes import? Does the historical class of that year come out? Say 1969 real life draftees will be available for this years draft? Next year 1970 real life draft class, etc?

Yep, we use real life minor leagues so guys come into the draft the first year they played a minor league game (which is the year they were drafted 99% of the time).

I was the Phillies GM and just jumped to the Seattle Pilots as one of the expansion teams. This league is highly recommended. Commish Garrett has done a great job over the years and we have an active and mature core to keep this a fun and competitive setting.

Would be very interested. Baltimore actually looks more intriguing, but as a Red Sox fan, that's the way I'd like to go.

Just added a third party program that does live sims in our Slack channels and on an HTML box score page, really awesome. Ton of features and really active historical league, come join us! PM me if interested.
