Fictional League Creation Question

I create fictional leagues and I always use the Nickname Project and the OOTP Utlities for logos, unis and ballcaps. Every time I create a league it never sees the logos, unis and ballcaps straight away, I always have to add them one by one manually. My question is - assuming I already have created all the logos, unis and ballcaps, where should I save them so that they're auto loaded in the new game?

Put them in the folders labeled ballcaps, jerseys, and logos.

Thanks, I had them there but in sub folders, I guess that was the problem.

You can keep them in sub folders if you'd rather. You just have to go into the Database Tab in the Game Settings and point to the folders you want your league to use.
