OOTP Appreciation

I have a great appreciation for OOTP ...

It has really given my baseball world great 'life'

I have an ongoing dynasty with a wonderful history database and etc. etc.

I initially just really monitored the Top player lists as I wanted my future hall of famers to 'make sense' to me ,...

Then when the world was in the 90s .. I began editing all draft classes to limit the repititive names and make the league as I wished as far as ethnic American names .. italian, spainsh, interesting names .. etc. etc...

And every now and then I would love a prospect and make him who I wnated him to be .. only his potential.. always allowed the game to control his development...

The league is now in 2014 .. and from 2005-2012 .. the players have really been amazing to witness...

and I can't explain it .. So many! So many! rosters just made sense ..

the teams' personality and personalities just worked so well .. it seemed so many players were on the right teams ... I can't explain it.. just some of my preconceived notions were satisfied ....

there were surprises, but my expectation were for surprises.. as reality always surprises .. so even that was satisifying my expectations

but the teams' Aces just seemed to make sense.. their first basemen were some how .. hey! that works! ..

Just one of those things

In this thread .. I want to take the time to share and archive the trademark organizations .. and their most recent profiles (21rst century profiles)

Boston Cannons 1956-present

Boston Cannons

This team has been amazing for a decade ..

Line-up consistently has 4-6 players batting over 300 and several players hitting around 30 HR

Buffalo Arrows 1956-present

The Arrows have won many, and had a remarkable record in the 1980s
