Update Rosters

So downloaded todays update and it doesn't look like the rosters were updated. I don't see any transactions updated. On the notes it says updated opening day rosters what does that mean? Opening day was over a month ago and lot has changed. Do the rosters not update with transactions?

They don't. We keep them locked at opening day, so we don't do transactions. We do update ratings, add new players to the draft and do lots of tweaking, just not any transactions.
