Manager-Only Control

Would it be possible to add the option when playing manager-only to control the 25-man roster? The GM would still control the 40-man and everything else, but the manager could control who is on the active roster from the 40-man.

Managers until not many years back did control who was on the team from the system, so when playing historical this would be much more accurate. Seems like one of the easier things to do coding-wise, and for people who don't want it they don't have to use it.

I'd like to see this too. And TBH unless a team is trying to limit service time, I can't see a situation where an MLB manager says, "I want this player, who is in our system, on my MLB roster", and the GM saying "Nah..."

There should definitely be more lines of communication between GM's and managers in general. I almost always exclusively GM, and I hate when I trade for or sign an upgrade at a position, only to have the manager not play the guy I picked up.
