Frenchy toiling in the Israeli League?

I love having a big world league and looking over the World News. Yesterday I got this tidbit about a fall from grace Major Leaguer toiling for peanuts in the Israeli League. Bad enough that is where he is playing now but now he has a double injury forcing him to miss 3 months. Not sure what he is going to do while on the shelf...

Yes I like big worlds so you can see how players move from league to league based on skill (both ascending and descending). I love seeing minor league washouts do good in international leagues or fringe players that Indy leagues will gladly scoop up and watch them flourish and then turnaround and see their contract purchased by a big league team looking to fill in some holes. To keep things under control I heavily use foreign limits in combination with regional leagues (ex: asian indys, latin american indys, north american indys) to simulate how real world factors prevent all players from playing in whatever league they want anywhere in the world.

This is the reason I play with all of the different leagues available. I've seen MLB players flame out, play a season elsewhere, and then get signed to a major league team and shine.

Do you have minor leagues for all those foreign leagues? Doesn't that save file get huge?

I have the standard MLB with all its minors and then all the other presets (Japanese, Mexican etc). I also added 3 other leagues (Israeli, Zambia and Luxembourg) for WBC possibilities. These all have reserve rosters with no minors.

Did you create the Israeli league? or is it one of the leagues that came with the game?
