league modifiers moved on me?

I'm about 20 games into 2017; using real rosters. I changed the scouting accuracy, AI eval, aging and development mods, but that was it. I just noticed my league totals are not all set to the default, which is odd, because I didnt' change them. I can't get it to paste, but Ground ball % is 1.227, wild pitch is 0.98, passed balls is 1.29, etc.

Is this normal? should they all be set to 1.0?

No. They will vary in order to try to get the stats output that you are seeking. They will never be all set to 1.000, except possibly in the initial year of a game and that is when you will get the most statistical drift. What you are seeing is perfectly normal.
