Too Many Games Started

In the latest patch, starting pitchers in the MLB quickstart still start too many games. In real life, something like 10-15 pitchers (not sure on the exact number, but it's around there) get to 31 or so starts. In OOTP, between 20-25 pitchers start 33 games or more. That's still a bit too high. It's not a stamina issue, but a management one, it seems.

20 pitchers started 33 games or more in MLB in 2016. Falls right in line with what you're seeing. Those 20 are Price, Bumgarner, Scherzer, Verlander, Volquez, Archer, Colon, Eickhoff, Iwakuma, Kennedy, Koehler, McHugh, Matt Moore, Odorizzi, Martin Perez, Porcello, Roark, Hector Santiago, Shields, and Wainwright.

Actually, I recounted in my league and apparently I had misspoke. Over 40 pitchers have 33 games started in the 2017 season. And I counted 91 pitchers with at least 30 GS in my league compared to 61 in the MLB in 2016

What do you have injuries set to?

Also, are you using default settings or modified ones?

That's better than real life! SP are tougher in OOTP!

Everything's default. Granted, I know pitchers get injured less on the default setting than real life, so I expect it to be slightly higher. This may account for the whole difference. I may put it on the realistic setting and see what I get.
