Hi, I apologize if someone already mentioned this elsewhere, but after I installed the newest update a few minutes ago I got this error message. Just wanted to say something so that it may be fixed.

I'd suggest redownloading and reinstalling the patch, looks like something didn't quite take correctly!

Looks like he got the patch 18.3.40. The message says that the quickstart game files couldn't be unpacked.
Can you load an existing league?
