Game Crashing when replacing injured pitcher

My Game in any test leagues or for fun projects I have created so far is crashing when I have a injury to pitcher playing out the games. This has happened 5-7 times and at first I thought it was cause of my weird settings but I'm posting it here now because I think its a bug and I don't want to bring over my main league till I can play out games.

Only other time my game has crashed is when i was trying to setup a game and what giving minor league and all star game but that has only happened once to me when still on pre-order version.

I don't play with 3D, sound or any animations and game is 18.1 build 33 this current game that crashed is challenge mode game

Yes, unfortunately this missed our checks, and will be fixed in the first patch.

Had this happen when a brawl took place and had to replace the pitcher also.

Yep me too. I thought it might have been because I chose to hit Bryce Harper. I guess not.
