Virtual Baseball League - Converting to 18

Good morning everybody!

The Virtual Baseball League is currently made up of three separate (VBL, PUB, IVBL) but equally awesome OOTP simulation leagues.

The history of the VBL dates back to the mid 1990’s, when Front Page Sports was the simulation platform of choice. I ran the VBL from 2002-2012 using Front Page Sports.

Since 2012 though, OOTP has become the foundation for our great community.

Currently, all three of our leagues operate using OOTP 16.

While many aspects of each league differ, the one rule that will never change in any league associated with the VBL is that the Commissioner does NOT own or operate any franchise within his league.

The VBL, our first league has one opening with the Old El Paso franchise.

We are currently in the off-season using OOTP 16. When the final patch of 18 comes out, we will convert the league to OOTP 18.

Ideally, I'd like the new candidate to own OOTP 16 so they can at least keep up for the next month or so - but obviously owning OOTP 18 is a must.
