Injury during a play; wrong credit assignment

While playing out a game, the following play-by-play and credit assignment error occurred (screenshots below). Catcher Russell Martin of Toronto hit a run-scoring double and was thrown out at third. That was the third out of the inning. He was injured on the play and taken out of the game, as the play-by-play indicates. But the summary statement at the end of the play-by-play credits replacement catcher Jarrod Saltalamacchia with the RBI double. What's worse, even the box score credited Saltalamacchia with Martin's hit and RBI!
