Cash Available stays at $0

Not sure if this is a bug or not as I just started playing OOTP a few months ago with OOTP 17.

I loaded OOTP 18 and have started 5 or 6 standard MLB games as GM/Manager and played the out until May or June. The cash available for all major league teams stays at $0 from the start of the game until as far as I played out to. The Budget space available changes a the season goes on, but not cash available. Is there something I'm missing?

I don't remember it being this way in OOTP 17.

Same issue with historical league with real minor leagues. Started in 1969, cash doesn't not improve during the season.

Same here . Is there a setting to change to allow teams to have cash?

Cash does not change during the season, unless you include cash in trades. What counts are the values $$ for free agents or extensions.

I will change the 0 initial cash in the MLB games, though, that seems wrong.
