How do I update my avatar and favorite team?

Ok, surely someone knows how this is done. People have profile avatars loaded... is it by accident? Is it a reward for hitting some unknown goal or achievement? Does Markus do it randomly just to make me ask this question over and over?

Login and go to Settings at the top - the options should be there to set your avatar and favorite team.

All I know is that Profile Pictures need to be .JPEG if not, it wont work.

Thanks! I swear I didn't have a settings button before I logged out and used the link above. Maybe because I logged in during the beta and hadn't logged out since? Got it now anyway. Maybe this will help someone else too.
