Any more details on new revamped injury system?

This is one of the things I look forward to most, but I haven't seen any details. Does anyone else know anything that they can share?

Yes, I am curious about this, too. I am wondering just how realistic this revamped injury system is going to be. Stuff happens in life, and it ought to occur occasionally in OOTPB.

I believe there may be Disney Princess Band-Aids available for boo-boos in the new Injury System. But you could be wrong about that.

As a beta member, I can confirm this.

Markus has signed an exclusive deal with Disney for the in-game use of Disney branded band-aids. They show up on facegens for facial injuries and will be customizable in terms of color and design. My personal favorite is the Cinderella one.
