Selecting cities for minor leagues
One of the best changes made in the process for creating both major and minor leagues for fictional games was the ability to pre-select the general geographic area for the teams. What would be great (for a post OOTP 18 version) would be if the towns could be ranked so that there aren't the odd tiny place hosting a Triple A team. It would save some time in setting up the world. It would also be nice if having an non-American major league city wouldn't result in trying to create a minor league similar to the Texas League only to find a team from Brampton Ontario because your Toronto club has a minor league team in that league.

I would like this as well, whenever I set up my leagues I mostly randomize the minors and it would be neat to have large towns and cities without major league teams populate the higher levels

I had the same problem in my fictional league, so I edited a number of the cities to more accurately reflect the status of the league.

This is now rather important to make it easier if we want to use the "Promotion and Relegation" option.
Please make this happen Markus. |

I tend to do this with the regions (if you set a league's region to say, Texas, and then regenerate the team names they should all be in Texas, although how that works with things like Toronto, I'm not sure).
