How do I check a player's performed vs other teams over entire career, rather than current season?

Is there a way to check how a player has cumulatively performed against an opposing team or just how that player is doing for the particular year being played? For example, when playing, say, 1963, I can see how Willie Mays did against the NY Mets. Same is true for 1964. However, in 1964, I don't seem to be able to find how Mays has performed vs Mets in 1963 and 1964 combined. I can get a combined total for how he has done vs. each pitcher. But, not one player against another team as a whole. Am I missing something?

nope and has been requested including for MGRs as well

Yeah, this stat/info would greatly be appreciated. I was actually surprised that this stat wasn't in OOTP considering that it tracks most stats anyways.
Let's hope OOTP 18 has this stat.
