Club needs "veteran" leadership

Hey ... my team is tanking. A bunch of guys are saying the club needs "veteran" leadership .... which I thought in OOTP was players with high leadership ratings and 10+ years of professional service .... except...

...my league is only 3 years old. No one has that much professional experience.

On a roster of 23, 7 players have leadership ratings of High or Very High. Over 50% of the roster has been there since day one.

Suggestions?

If a new league is created, during the inaugrural draft, players have service times as far as I know. They don't have any stats, but there are still veterans and rookies.

I can atell you for a fact, that it's not anywhere near as important as the email from your bench coach makes it seem.

when i've had really good teams, they win the same amount as they always do - even when they are all "non-veterans"... i think 10 pro years or 10 ml years is the line in the sand - although that memory is a bit faded.

look in manual - maybe older versions - i thought it mentioned when someone is considered a vet, or maybe it was in the forums... either way find a source before using that as fact.

i've seen that nonsense feedback after an inaugural draft and then went on to win 110 games... didn't slow that team down much.
