wow...never thought about that. Although I remember someone (Steve or Scott) commenting that Manage Mode does go on forever.

Gee...imagine if you do die. Takes realism to a whole new level, huh? I can see it now, when you die, your elicense is revoked!

I was wondering this myself! It lists your age, so what happens if you're 35 when you start managing in 1920. Are you 115 in 2000?

Are you less likely to get hired once you hit 75-80?

Good question....

Anyone been playing like crazy and simmed 100 years or so already in manager mode?

Might be a good idea to see a retirement step in management mode, or at least a point where no one will hire you anymore...

I can see it now in the managerial log...

10/9/2074 I don't think Montreal is going to offer me an extension. Perhaps its because I died 4 months ago.
6/11/2074 I don't feel so-ack!
6/9/2074 Nah. Too expensive
6/8/2074 Maybe I should see a doctor.
6/7/2074 I feel kind of dizzy today.

It would be cool if you died and your son could take over. Speaking of which, anyone gotten their kid into baseball yet? Mine is like 6 with no baseball skills.

My daughter is 2 and my son is a baby. My third kid is on the way.

I have heard that there are guys with kids at least in little league levels with great and good skills for two sons.

I can't wait to see my boy, "Muddy" Rivers, in the bigs!

Someone posted about their son in the draft (he was drafted #3 overall and he ended up trading for him). Not sure who it was though.

Bad wife

I got married, had one kid, a boy. Then she didnt want anymore kids, so I got a divorce and got married again and we had a girl, she didnt want anymore so I got another divorce. Now I am having trouble getting a wife. My boy is 6 with no baseball skills. He must be the mail man's kid.

I have a 6 year old myself he can not catch real but he can hit like you would not believe. I throw tennis balls to him in the backyard from about 45 feet (fast enough that my wife gets terrified about it) and he hits them over the neighbors garage.
Oh, sorry I got my real life cunfused with my manger's life.

I've got 4 sons and 1 daughter in the game. The boys are 10,7,5, and 5 months. The oldest has "excellent" baseball skills. None of the others has any skills yet.
