Almost had Ruth in 23

In my solo historical league Babe Ruth was a FA, i offered him 23+ million and would have offered him more, but he resigned w/ the dreaded Yankees

Ruth would have looked nice along w/ Happy Felsch, Shoeless Joe, and an aging Eddie Collins

PS: Every time my team has a bad year sorry players in the amatuer draft come in, every time i have a good year then the Hack Wilsons and Lou Gehrigs come in

I haven't seen that much money in all the seasons I've played, That is insane. Good luck with bunch you got though.

LOL I can relate to that. Seemed to happen all the time in my last historic franchise in OOTP4. All right, last place, here comes Ty Cobb or Walter Johnson!

He got 23.7 from the yankees, i offered 23.3 and would have went up a lot from that. If A-Rod is worth 25, then Ruth is worth 50, especially since Ruth is hitting 4X's as many homers as the next guy!
