Interesting Idea for a Modern Day 2017 league

Might be the wrong forum section, but this would be an interesting experiment for a modern day baseball sim game for the upcoming 2017 season...

The 2017 All-Unemployed MLB Team

basically the best of the unemployed players remaining on the FA market formed on one team with a 60 win projection. Wondering if anyone can beat that with strategy.

Also saw this on MLB Network. Team isn't half bad, but would certainly be interesting to see if they'd be the worst in the league.
