Maybe someone already suggested this, but adding the WBC would be great.
IF it could be made to be interactive as well, like being asked by a country to be the manager/GM for the team of your nationality (much like FHM 3) then trying to put together a roster if you are in charge.
Add storylines of players that accept or reject and ability to play out the games
I would love to see this

lots of people have asked for this .... a lot more than i ever expected. Not anything i'm interested in tho. Would be nice if they did add it, it could be made it a quick start thing, like they did for the WS challenges.

As mitchkenn mentioned, this has become one of the most requested new features for OOTP. I haven't played FHM 3 (I'm just not a hockey fan), but looking at the screenshots of the latest version, it looks like it handles the hockey World Cup tourney in much the same way I'd like to see OOTP handle the WBC.

I'm really hoping that after waiting so many years for this feature to be added, this will finally be the year we get it.
