What constitutes Who's Hot and Who's Not?

I'm a little confused as to who is selected for this section. I have a player with 10 pts in the past 3 games who is not showing up. Is it strictly the Game Rating only? What are the parameters?

It uses the game rating, stats, and 3-stars, but I think I see a small adjustment that needs to be made, it's probably excluding some players it shouldn't be right now.

Where do you see players that are hot and who's not? I didn't realize that existed....
