training staff skill question

"The job the staff member is currently performing may only use some of these attributes, but he will always be rated in every category"

So do they only use the attributes listed?

Ex:

So the only attributes he uses are Phys training+Coach Prospects? or does anything else matter.

another question, i took over international duties for Denmark and had my players selected/dressed. I accidentally hit the "assistant dress players" . After doing this a few players were dropped but after i couldn't add them back nor did they show up on the eligible roster page. The specific player i was having issue with was Frederick Anderson. Is this supposed to happen or is that a bug?

"Assistant dress players" definitely shouldn't be dropping players off the roster, that's supposed to work with your exisitng roster. I'm not sure what's going on there, but we'll check it out.

For that specific job, those are the attributes that get used. But he may be contributing to other aspects of training with his other attributes.
