Question about Global Tactics

When on the PP or on the PK, should I adjust the global settings or is this already activated with the particular tactic? In other words, should I speed up the tempo and ramp up my offensive risk-taking when on the powerplay (and do the opposite when killing a penalty).. or is that already being done within the powerplay/penalty kill tactic behind the scenes?

Those settings themselves aren't directly adjusted internally while on the PP or PK, but the effects of being in those situations will produce similar results. So, for example, if you increased your offensive risk-taking while on a power play, it'd mean more risky behaviour than you'd get if you did the same while 5-on-5.
