Option to turn off certain BNN emails

Please add an option to selectively turn off certain emails.
For example, I find the BNN Stats emails to be completely useless. They are tied to the General News Message Type so if I uncheck the option to stop the specific stat emails, I also stop all other emails like my teams scouting reports.

some way to sort would be good. not certain exactly what's included or not if i uncheck that box.
