International Crash

I'm currently managing the Swedish international team and during the 2021 IIHF world championships the game crashes after the first game with Denmark

I found the problem i was selecting players that were still in the playoffs may i suggest that for tournaments where certain players wont be allowed to participate that you black them out so our games won't crash?

Yeah, they shouldn't be available, we'll have to fix a couple of things there.
