He isn't a free agent. I should have made that clear. He will be at the end of the upcoming year and Ramos will be a free agent as well

Okay, what do you have to give up for Herrera?
Is your team a team most players would want to be on? Are you lacking in any other areas? Again, budget space and budget are things I need to know. Also, do you think there could be anyone better on the free agent market this offseason?

OK, if Herrera's Desire For Winning team is high, pull the trigger. You should be able to get 3+/- solid years from him.
