Staff Salaries Don't Add Up

Hi guys, I'm new to the game. I added up all my staff salaries for the year and it's lower than the number attributed to my staff salaries/expenses on my accounting tab. Any clue?

When you added up your salaries was it at the MLB level or entire system. As the number in the finances is an entire system number.

Have they received their last paycheck yet?

Also, if you made any change to staff during the year, that needs to be taken into account also. (If you hire a new person for a position and replace the previous person, the previous person "disappears" from your screen - but you still have to pay out their contract)

Hey guys, I just finished the season, added up my total staff contracts which equalled 6 something but the expenses showed 10. Ya Bojangles , I think you are right, because I didn't take into account the staff I fired at the start of the season. Thanks everyone!

i think it's listed as miscellaneous salary expense in Team Settings page.

it's got a spot for players you are paying not on your team, if i recall it's either lumped into that or has it's own text input box.
