Path to Glory to Sandbox Mode

Is there an option to switch back and forth though the Path to Glory and Sandbox mode. The reason I ask is that I believe you can not expand the NHL in Path to Glory mode and was looking to expand the NHL and make a career building the expansion team

One of the main concepts of "Path to Glory" is that you cannot edit everything. Being able to switch back and forth would destroy the concept.

Understood, was just looking for a way to get an expansion team into the Path to Glory mode.
