Very Few Minor League HRs

In my league, players in the minors just stopped hitting hrs even though it has been fine for the first four years of my league. It is almost midway through the season and the HR leader in AAA and AA has only 3 HRs. League modifiers are at default and ballpark factors are fine as well. Any help would be appreciated.
