Well, the obvious thing is to look through their BNN profiles to find the ones who are low on leadership and loyalty and high on desire to win (they may be making problems with a record of 5-14) and greed (they may not be making enough $$). Try to get rid of those guys and/or bring in others with high marks for leadership to counteract them.
But, in the end, the best and perhaps only remedy at times is to win. Read the comments in this thread:
