Did Markus ever fix the windows jump?

When I am looking at one screen say the Player development screen and decide to look at a player near the bottom of the window, every time I go back to said window after looking at the player it always jumps back to the TOP of that window. Did he ever fix this to go back to the spot you were looking at on that page? Or any of the pages for that matter as this happens all to often in all the searches I do. I go to one screen and scroll down to near the bottom, pick something to look at, finish looking at it and exit out and it always goes back to the TOP of that other window.
