Where is my Steam Key?

When I bought OOTP 17 directly from the OOTP website at the moment it came out I was supposed to get a free Steam key with my order. I am looking at the receipt for when I bought the game and the Steam key is nowhere to be found.

How do I get it / Where do I find it?
