manager input?

Right now I am playing as Manager only, can be fired. Just started in 1980 with Rangers. I already lost 3B Buddy Bell for most of the season. I have to take Tucker Ashford to start. He is the only one I have left on the roster with 3B ratings. The SPs are sucking donkey balls right now as well. Maybe a once a week popup to click different positions you are happy with, satisfied with, could use improvement or desperately in need of or something so the ai GM will work towards those opportunities if they arise.

This is what i was looking for!

I would love to see this especially when it gets to be around the Trading Deadline. Would love to be able to comment or make some sort of input when it comes close to the trading deadline especially if you have some stuggling players on your team and you could use that boost heading into the 2nd half of the season.

Currently managing the Cubs and would love to get some MR help on my team. Option to suggest we go after MR before the trade deadline would be awesome. Maybe some owners/GM's are are more receptive your suggestions and others will not even listen to you.

Kind of along the same line. But has a GM, have your assistant GM focus on some area that you determine. For example, if you don't like doing the draft for every round, tell your assistant GM to look for a certain position or a certain type of player. Could do the same if you have your assistant GM doing Minor League signings of players and coaches. Another more specific example would be like late in the draft where you don't really want to invest time looking at all the players, I could turn on auto draft but would tell my assistant GM to look for players who have low greed and high work ethic, etc.
