Crash on Defensive Injury on 3rd out

Twice the last few days I've had the game crash on an injury to a defensive player on the 3rd out of an inning. Once the pitcher, once the left fielder. The left fielder's back up is listed to 'Never' start, if that's useful information.

Make that a 3rd time this week. 3 outs again. All injuries to my (the human) team. Version 17.9 Build 60.

Ah, seems to be a problem if the player who got hurt is due to lead off the next inning, we sometimes have a problem there. I think I've found and fixed it.
