I just bought FHM and I'm not sure if I'm going to play it because I can't imagine my time spent better than playing more OOTP

I bought OOTP 17 on steam back around release... I would like to play on another PC but I do not have authorization to use steam on the 2nd PC....

Is there anyway for me to play my (purchased/owned) copy of OOTP on the 2nd PC, or am I out of luck because I purchased through steam... (Which would be very disappointing, as this is the first time I have ever used steam and this used to be really simple to do via flash drive)
