Fast question .... play out all games

OK, this is probably an obvious answer, but I can't find it. I'd like to watch/manage all games for my franchise on any given day. How do I do that without the other games auto playing?

For example, I want to manage my AAA team and then my ML team. I'm the GM of my ML team, but in commissioner mode. When I manage the AA team, the other games autoplay.

nm... I got it..."Simulate World in Background = No" when starting the game. See, I knew it was some place obvious!
