How do I find?

I have Windows XP. I was wondering how I find out how much memory I have available. Can someone point me in the right direction?

In the control panel you should find admin tools.....or do a CTRL-ALT-DELETE and follow to admin and one of those options in there should should show available mem and processor useage.
