Saves Bug - Save Not Credited

Pitcher Lopez came into game with one out in the ninth and a 3 run lead. He got final two outs but was not credited with a save.

A save with 0.2 (or 0.1) IP requires the pitcher to enter with the tying run on base, at bat, or on deck.

Lopez did not inherit any runners, so it was not a save situation.

Well I learned something new today. Always thought it was just the three run difference, didn't realize they needed to pitch the full inning. Thanks.
