Database w/ all historical player ratings?

I enjoy seeing how the game rates players from other seasons...however, the only way to do that is to create a new historical league for whatever year I want to examine (ie: 1920, 1970, 1998, 2005, etc etc),

Is there a database in the OOTP folder that lists all of these ratings, from different years, all in one place?

Most ratings are created dynamically in game based on a gamers league settings. They do not come from a database.
