With two seconds left in a game.....
....what one Laker would you absolutely, definitely want to make sure you guarded on an inbounds play?
(Okay, besides Kobe.) How do you leave Robert Horry alone on the perimeter? Thanks for the free win, Jermaine O'Neal....... Anyone else see this finish last night? It was a great play.

I'm not a big Laker fan but Kobe has been amazing. He's the best player in the game today. However, Garnett is indeed the MVP of the league and it isn't close.

Not the first time Jermaine O'Neal has helped set up a Lakers win!
Had it on radio. Sunderland's call was so frantic I had to wait until afterwards for him to sort out what happened. Paul: "Ball inbounded, deflected, gwegwtrg shoots, fhqwoghqwfqwqwfjq, Lakers wiiinnnnnnn!" Kobe reaches 10,000 points at age 24. That can't possibly suck.

the amazing thing to me was the horrible (to quote walton) call that preceded the game winner. kobe knew there was contact coming prior to his 28 footer with 2.8 left. it was at best, in the act of shooting, and at worst, continuation.
kobe may not be the mvp this year, but i trust no one more with the ball in his hands at the end of the game. |

I don't know, I would probably put an extra defender on Mark Madsen.

Other than Kobe you can't leave Horry or Fox open. Especially Horry
