Question Team's city gets switched in league creation

I've done this twice now - one in a 2-league, 12-team setup, the other in a 2-league, 36-team setup. When I get to the first day's chedule, after going through drafting, coach signing, etc., one of the teams has changed location. In the first league (36 teams), Charlotte had relocated to Austin without asking first. In the second league (12 teams), Birmingham had relocated to Portland.

Any ideas as to why this might happen? I haven't seen it affect game performance yet, but it sure is annoying.

I had the same issue. Obviously, I just went back and edited it to what I wanted, but it was irritating.

I'm having the same problem, and Austin showed up in my league also when it was not there at creation. A couple of other teams were in the incorrect league. I know how to move teams around in the "edit league structure" screen, but I can't change any of the names at this stage. I tried deleting Austin from the list of teams and that worked, they are gone now. The problem is when I go back and add a new team. I can't rename them and now I', left with a team in my league named "New Team". I want to give it a city name also.

Doug,

I've had the same issue a handful of times while experimenting with league structures before I got the Southern Association going. Something's definitely funky in OOTP5 when it comes to league creation.
