Where did my league go?

My league worked fine yesterday. I did not do anything but close the game and now the game doesn't see it but its still there in the game folder.
Has this happened to anyone else?

I was able to recreate that situation by creating a test league, then removing the world.dat file from the saved game folder. Could be that you have misplaced one or more of the .dat files, particularly world.dat which I think is the basic one. Search your hard drive for *.dat files and see if you can locate a stray one or two. If so, move it back into the saved game folder.

Here is the array of .dat files that you should see in your MLB.lg folder. If not, that could explain why you don't see the league to load it:

I think you may be right. There was a few more files missing. I could copy and paste but i think i may just restart the 1874 season.
