Help Needed

I pre-ordered OOTP 17 and installed it on a Mac. Since then, I've gotten a PC and am going to put OOTP17 on it. I put in the activation code in and it did not work. So I retried being very careful on what numbers I clicked. Ive done this multiple times and even restarted my computer. I've seemed to lost the email so I can't copy and paste the code either. Anybody have any help. I don't want to lose this awesome game

Maybe both licenses are for the Mac? Not really sure.

Same license should work on both the Mac and pc, at least it did for me last year. Don't know what else to tell you except double check your O and 0.

Chances are good somehow that you have "locked" both of your licenses. Send in a support request and they should be able to unlock them.

Alternately, release your license from your Mac (under Settings on the start screen), and THEN license on your PC.

BTW, next time try not to lose that e-mail! That license # is important!

So I ran the game as administrator and it worked!! Thank y'all for all the help. I can live happily again.
